Vatel Restaurant is part of a BBA Hotel Management program at Silpakorn University International College (SUIC) in partnership with Institute Vatel, France. 
Vatel, International Business School for Hotel & Tourism Management, is internationally renowned with over twenty campuses spread over four continents and considered one of the most prestigious schools specializing in higher level hotel and tourism management education.
Vatel Restaurant provides students with professional practical training of the highest standards whilst creating exceptional value to the customer with reasonable prices.
The application restaurant concept therefore performs a vital role in the students’ professional development as it allows them to gain vital experience in real life operational settings under the supervision of industry experts. Without customers support in dining at the restaurant then the students would not be able to gain this kind of experience regularly.
Located in Talingchan, Bangkok, Vatel Restaurant features a main dining restaurant, along with two other function rooms with state of the art facilities.
Vatel Restaurant’s creative menus offer a wide choice of Thai, French and Italian cuisine for both private and banqueting purposes.

Welcome to Restaurant Vatel, the training and application restaurant of Slipakorn University International College and Institute Vatel Thailand.
The purpose of our restaurant is to educate our students in the finer points of international cuisine and service methods.
We strive for perfection but please understand that the students are training and therefore are prone to make the odd mistake or two. However these mistakes will be noted and corrected by our professional teachers in the service or kitchen de-briefing.
