Dear Valued Guest
Welcome to Restaurant Vatel, the training and application restaurant of Slipakorn University International College and Institute Vatel Thailand.
The purpose of our restaurant is to educate our students in the finer points of international cuisine and service methods.
We strive for perfection but please understand that the students are training and therefore are prone to make the odd mistake or two. However these mistakes will be noted and corrected by our professional teachers in the service or kitchen de-briefing.
Please accept our apologies and we sincerely thank you for giving our students the opportunity to develop professionally.
We hope you have a pleasant meal at Vatel Restaurant and that you will have the opportunity to visit us again in the near future.
As the French would say ‘merci beaucoup’.
